  • Structural Engineering Tools: ETABS extensions for copying material properties, load patterns, load cases, and load combinations from another model; Load combinations envelope creator; Dynamic base shear scale factor tool; Column rebar schedule generator for ETABS & STAAD; Shearwall rebar schedule generator for STAAD
  • Civil Engineering Tools: Infrastructure design tools, advanced calculation capabilities, project management features, and analysis and design modules
  • Plumbing Engineering Tools: Water distribution design, drainage systems analysis, code compliance tools, and industry-standard calculations

3. License and Use

Subject to the terms of this agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software for personal and educational purposes.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the software only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the software
  • Not redistribute the software without permission
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
